Loan applications and your user account

This site handles loan applications for ROCBF. To submit an application through this site you must have a user account.

Everyone is automatically provided with a user account when they first start an application on this website.

An email is sent to you when the user account is created, with information about the account.

This approach works smoothly in the vast majority of cases.

As a result of ROCBF's success we are now seeing a number of past clients returning to make additional applications. Or maybe you started an application some time ago and for some reason you didn't complete it. In this situation the best approach – before you do anything else – is to log in to the user account that was created when you first applied. Here's how to do that:

  1. If you know the login details (username or email address, and password), then you can simply enter these, either in the form at the bottom of this page, or go the login page and do it there.
  2. What is probably more likely is that you don't have these details to hand any more. In that case all you need to do is enter your email address here and we'll send you a special login link by email that will let you get in to your account and set a new password. The email gets sent immediately, so if you haven't received it within a few minutes at most, make sure to check your junk or spam folders in case it has been put there by mistake by your email service.
  3. Once you've logged in successfully, all you need to do is begin your new loan application:
